Flux-cored welding wires PP-Np-80X20R3T.

Flux-cored welding wires PP-Np-80X20R3T consists of a metal shell and filler powder. The old designation of the wire is PP-AN170. The main parameters of PP-Np-80X20R3T wire, which are recommended by GOST 26101-84:

  • Construction: tubular with edge overlap (H)*.
  • Surfacing method: surfacing without additional protection – self-shielding wire (C).
  • Wire diameter, mm: 3.2.

*In parentheses are the symbols used in the conventional marking of flux-cored wire.

The mode of firing the flux cored wire (carried out in the event of the appearance of pores during control surfacing):

  • firing temperature – 150-180 °C;
  • heating at a rate of up to 100 °C/h – exposure for at least 5 hours – air cooling.

Peculiarities of using PP-Np-80X20R3T powder coating wire:

  • preferred wide-layer surfacing with increased wire projection (60-70 mm);
  • a network of small cracks during surfacing is allowed;
  • surfacing is not recommended in more than two layers with a thickness of one layer up to 5 mm without taking into account the penetration.

Field of application of the PP-Np-80X20R3T powder surfacing wire:
Surfacing of parts subject to intensive abrasive wear and gas-abrasive wear. Plating of disc valves of blast furnaces, slurry pumps, ploughshares, plows, blades of bulldozers and graders, bucket teeth of excavators, mixer blades, impellers, pump castings.

Flux-cored welding wires PP-Нп-25Х5ФМС.

The flux-cored welding wires PP-Нп-25Х5ФМС consists of a metal shell and filler powder. The old designation of the wire is PP-25X5FMS. The main parameters of PP-Np-25X5FMS wire recommended by GOST 26101-84:

  • Construction: tubular with overlapping edges (H)
  • Method of surfacing: surfacing under flux (F)
  • Wire diameter, mm: 3.6.

Flux wire firing mode (performed in the event of pores appearing during control surfacing):

  • firing temperature – 240-270 °C;

Field of application of PP-Np-25Х5ФМС powder welding wire: welding of hot cutting knives, hot stamping dies, press tools, hot rolling rolls.

Flux-cored welding wires PP-Np-35В9Х3СФ.

Flux-cored welding wires PP-Np-35В9Х3СФ consists of a metal shell and filler powder. The old designation of the wire is PP-3Х2В8. The main parameters of PP-Np-35В9Х3SF wire recommended by GOST 26101-84:

  • Construction: tubular with edge overlap (H)*
  • Method of surfacing: surfacing under flux (F)
  • Wire diameter, mm: 3.6.

Flux-cored welding wires PP-Np-250X10B8S2T consists of a metal shell and filler powder. The old designation of the wire is PP-AN135. The main parameters of PP-Np-250X10B8S2T wire, recommended by GOST 26101-84:

  • Construction: tubular with edge overlap (H)*
  • Surfacing method: surfacing without additional protection – self-shielding wire (C)
  • Wire diameter, mm: 3.2.
