The main types of flux-cored welding tapes.

PL-AN 101 is a flux-cored welding tapes of the PL-Np-ZOOH25S 4Н2Г2 brand.
It is used for mechanized surfacing with an open arc or under a layer of flux of a high-chromium wear-resistant alloy of the “Sormayt” type on the surface of steel parts of equipment. For surfaces working under conditions of abrasive and gas-abrasive wear with moderate shock loads.

PL-AN 111 is a flux-cored welding tapes of the PL-Np-5ООХ4ОН4ОС2ГРЦС brand.
It is used for open arc welding of a wear-resistant nickel-carbide-chromium alloy on the surface of parts operating under conditions of abrasive and gas-abrasive types of wear. At normal and elevated temperatures, for surfacing blast furnace fillers, exhauster blades, shaft necks and other parts.

PL-AN 178 is a flux-cored welding tapes of the brand PL-Нп-АН-450Х20Б7С2Р-БУ.
It is used for surfacing on the surface of parts operating under conditions of abrasive and gas-abrasive wear at normal and elevated temperatures.

PL-AN 179 is a flux-cored welding tapes of the PL-Np-10X17N8S5G2T brand.
It is used for surfacing under the flux layer of a wear-resistant alloy on the surface of the seal of pipeline fittings operating at a temperature of up to 545 °C and a pressure of up to 60 MPa.

PL-AN 180 is a flux-cored welding tapes of the PL-Np-15Х4В2М2Ф brand.
It is used for welding with an open arc or under a flux layer of a wear-resistant alloy on the surface of parts operating under conditions of contact loads at elevated temperatures.
