Welding powders for glass industry.
Surfacing powder for the glass industry is a low-temperature, self-fluxing alloy designed for gas-thermal wear-resistant powder surfacing based on NiCrSiBX.
It is the newest powder alloy, developed for repair and surfacing of cast-iron form sets, as well as steel parts. Coatings obtained after surfacing with this powder have exceptional wear-resistant characteristics under conditions of thermal loads, pressure, and impacts.
The reduced melting temperature and the unique fractional composition of the alloy ensure high productivity and stability of the quality of the surfacing process in both manual and automatic mode.

The powder coating procedure.
The powder coating procedure looks like this… The part before coating must be activated as follows:
a) Dry the remaining oil.
b) To be shot blasted. (small steel, cast iron, crushed, fraction not less than 1.2 mm.).
c) Grinding machine, corundum abrasive wheel.
d) Degrease the surfacing surface.
After activation, start heating the part and subsequent surfacing.
